Chest discomfort/Yasmin?

Been on the pill about 3 years, with a 6 month break in between that. Never had any problems, only missed one period which was June of this year. This may sound weird but, since I had this really horrible nightmare early Thursday morning when i was sleeping ( had a dream I died in a Tornado, I know right!!) my chest has been feeling weird. Like a heavyness and slight crampy? It's had to explain. I have no other symptoms, my breathing is fine, i don't get winded walking around or going up or down staries. No sweating issues, slight ache feeling in my left shoulder, but that only seems to appear when I carry my sholder bag (which is about 5lbs, if not more). My breasts are hurting, so I guess that is why it's hard to tell what kind of pain it is and where exactly it is coming from. I was fine this morning, but it started again when I got on the bus to go to work. Could it be my bra? Maybe too tight, cause today my chest feels heavy and like I said my breasts are hurting as well. It also feels like my heart is a bit racing, but I did eat turkey bacon and iced coffee w/ sugar this a/m. So maybe thats it?

I didn't take my pill today, this would of been day 5 on it and I threw the pack out. I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow, but I was just wondering could this pain be from the pill? And why all of sudden? I also have been suffering from frequent heartburn from normal foods.

Also, I'm 24 and weigh about 280. I use to weigh 333lbs, and never had problems like this before.
