Coming off of birth control

I had unprotected sex twice and decided to go off my bc (loestrin fe)  a week after u had sex. The last time I had a pregnancy scare I went off my bc and got my period so I knew I wasn't pregnant. This time is a little different though because last month I skipped my pill two days in a row and got my period twice. So I'm not sure when I ovulated which is why i'm nervous about pregnancy.
My question is I went off my bc on Friday and last night I had cramping and brown discharge which I know can mean implantation. Could it also be a period though? This morning it is more red spotting.

When i asked my friend about it when i was concerned about it for my own personal reasons, she told me it could still be and she went to med school so im going to bet that she is prolly right and that it could still be implantation.

If it's red does that mean it can't be implantation?

Your right it could definetly mean implantation, but if your skipped your pill and had your period twice it could also mean that your body is confused about when your next cycle is supposed to be. For now i would wait to see what happens further, and then take a pregnancy test so that you know for sure.
