Concerning for breast soreness in one breast the most

I am 18 years old and been on birth controls pills for over a year now. I went through three pills and finally found the right one. It is the lower dose pills and makes my breast tender and sometimes painful. But when this happens, both of them are sore but the left one tends feel sore the most. Sometimes the left one feels like someone is playing it while being sore but no one is doing anything. So my question is this normal or do i have to get this checked out?
