Copper IUD and Depression

Does anyone know if there is any relationship with the Copper IUD and depression? I had one inserted last august and this year I am depressed. I am not sure if this onset is because of this or what....but I would love to get some help.

I posted questions to you on my post about the Mirena IUD.  Don't know about the copper IUD because there are not any hormones in it, but your body may react in a way that is not typical.

Have you talked to your doctor about the depression?  You should and see if they can help you or give you something to make you feel better.  Especially, if this is the only symptom you are having and there is no other cause to be down.
