Copper IUD helpppp!!!!

Do any of you have the copper IUD? I've had it for a little over a month and when I first got it in I had a period and lots of cramping but it went away and I haven't had cramping since. The last few nights, every night, I've been getting intense cramping and bloating and my boobs hurt so I thought for sure my period is coming within the hour but nothing! No blood. Also I can't feel the strings with my fingers and my SO can't really feel in anymore when we.. Ya know? Should I be worried or is cramping normal. Anyone?
