Could I be pregnant with Mirena

I had Mirena put in back in July, about four months after I had my little boy. It was awesome. After the initial bleeding stopped, no period, no cramps, no nothing. Then in early October (7 months after birth) I have a days worth of light bright red spotting. I figure, whatever, it's probably nothing. Then in November I start to get mild pregnancy symptoms: Cramps, bloating, food smells funny, nausea, migranes (migraines), tender breasts, heartburn (which I haven't had since I was pregnant) and even a little weight gain (despite my diet and regular exercise).  I look it up and find out that those are some symptoms you can get from Mirena. So, again, I brush it off.

Then late December I start feeling little swirling motions in my belly in addition to my persistent symptoms. I don't think it's a huge deal, I had a C-section and (though I'd never felt them before) it was probably just gas or a bowel movement or even my muscles adjusting or something. But the feeling persists and I feel it even now - a month and a half later. And it's not just in the area of my intestines, I'm talking like everywhere: around my ribs, up by my xiphoid complex, around my hips, everywhere. And it's not always a swirl anymore. These movements are rythmic and have pressure behind them. If I put pressure on a spot or wear my normal pants I get what feels like "annoyed movements" pressing against my belt.

I'm worrying myself sick. Could I be pregnant?
