Could I be prego? Please help!

So i have been on the pill for 8 days. At the clinic it said that it will only take 7 days to work. I didn't take it on my period and on the 8th day (today) I had sex and he came inside me. Could I be prego? I just want to be sure so please help!!!!

Hi there,
If you do not start OC pills during your menses then you need to avoid sex for at least 7 days or use a back up method of contraception for 1 week. You had sex on 8th day so there are no chances of pregnancy if you have been taking the pills regularly for first 7 days. If you are still in doubt you may wait for your periods. Missed period is an earliest sign of pregnancy. I hope it helps.
