If you are getting off Depo and haven't resumed having periods, you should probably test for pregnancy each month, regardless, until you resume having normalNormal saline flush cycles. Ovulation can occur at any time after discontinuing use.

If you had sex on 10/10 and had a blood test just 9 days later, depending on the type of blood test, it was probably too soon. Ditto for your ultrasound.
