I had the essure procedure done in January and couldn't be more happy with the results, the actual procedure was a piece of cake, and now that I am officially off hormones my body is getting back to it's old self after being on hormones for almost 9 years. I highly recommend this if you are done having children. (and my insurance covered it 100%)
