HELPP!!! Could I Still get pregnant after taking Plan B during ovulation??

!!!!HELPPPPP!!!! I am very confused about my situation and need help. I wanted to know how effective Plan B would be if taken during ovulation?? And could I be pregnant? Ok here is my situation I had sex Friday night Nov 14 and then again Saturday Morning Nov 15 no sex Sunday or Monday but on Monday night I started to get some egg white discharge and left side ache and slight pain. On Tuesday Nov 18 I had even more discharge like egg white and the pain increased on the left side I went home around 6pm and took a ovulation predictor kit and it came back positive. My boyfriend and I got excited and had sex again around 7pm. On Wednesday Nov 19 the pressure on my left side was still there so I came home and took another ovulation predictor test and it was positive for some STUPID REASON I got cold feet and went and bought Plan B and took it about 8 pm. On Thursday Nov 20 I took another ovulation predictor test and it was negative.  Now I seek for your help and suggestions could plan b worked. Could the sperm from Friday and Saturday have fertilized the egg on Tuesday? I regret it soooo much taking the pill was not sure what I was thinking :(  Could Plan B have stopped implantation? Do I still have a high possibility of getting pregnant? Please  HELP!!!!!

You only have a 24 hour wind for ovulation. The pill may have worked.  I don't know, but it may not have worked either.  It takes about 2 weeks for implanting to be completed. The ovulation test only tells you when your fertile, and it only a 24 hour window like I said.

There is now way of knowing, plan b is not 100% effective.  You are just going to have to wait and see.  Even if you aren't pregnant there is no guarantee it's because of the plan b.  Very few couples get pregnant the first month they try.
