Help!

by chantel91, Oct 22, 2009 07:54PM
Okay so I just got yasmin birth control today I have never been on any birth control pills before and I've always stuck to condoms! I am reading alot about these pills and I'm debating whether I should take then or what? I'm scared like I don't want a pill screwing up my body? I'm confused as to how to use it and how it works? Help please!

Yasmin birth control pills are usually fine.  I've seen these commercials lately for them saying they're bad and everything which is totally misleading!  All the birth control pills out there have certain risks...all of them!! A lot of people like yasmin and if your afraid of putting hormones in your body you might want to try a low dose birth control first like Alesse or Low-Estrin.  If you confused on how to use them or how they work you really should contact your doctor!! You pay them to be there for you and you should take advantage of that!!
