Ok bare with me please I need the best advice possible  first and foremost I'm single yet I have two sex partners one I've met about 5 months ago and one is my ex of 5 years I usually always have my period on the 25 th of each month with about an 31day cycle, according to my ovulation calculator my fertile days were oct 8-13 I had sex with guy 1 on the 13th-15th but i took a plan b (one step pill) around 6pm oct 15th. on oct 19th I start having sex with my ex again and never got a plan b my period never came and my ultrasound says I'm 6weeks pregnant is it possible my plan b failed or I'm I pregnant by my ex PLEASE HELP ME if I could pay for your help I would I just honestly need the best help possible (I've done research and some say plan b is less effective on or after u are ovulating which has me thinking i'm pregnant by guy #1 :( yet I've read if your ultra sound is 6 weeks you subtract 2weeks to get the date of conception which would be oct 19th making me pregnant by my ex however it says that could be off 3-7days) as you see I've studied hard because I'm stressed out I'd rather it be my ex then guy#1 that's why I took a plan b after sex with him HELP PLEASE

OK so here's my story.. I know for a fact that my LMP was August 27th.. I went to the Dr n they gave me a due date of June 3rd and told me to come back when I was 12 weeks for an ultrasound.. so I did. Well during my ultrasound the Dr said the baby was measuring 9w4d that day (when i thought i was 12 wks) so she gave me a new due date of Jun 20th.. I put my new due date in the computer to find out around what days I was ovulating n it said sometime around Sept 28th (which by the way I did have sex on that day) but it also said that my LMP should have been in Sept. So that is where I'm confused.. I know it was in August so if I got prego when Dr says then shouldn't I have had my period in August, ovulated but didn't get pregnant,  had a period in Sept, ovulated n then got prego?  Or is it possible my baby is measuring small?

Hi dr b, i need some advice. I came off the depo-provera about 3 years ago now and my periods have obviously been up and down since then, however, my partner and i had sex last weekend while i was on day 3 which was also the last day of my period and the condom split, i havent done a test yet but could you please give me some advice on if you think i could be in the very early stages of pregnancy?

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that if you are six weeks pregnant on 11/18 the best estimate of your conception date is 10/21 plus or minus 3-7 days.  I hate to say it, but your dates are too close for comfort and I don't want to hazard a guess.  You will need a DNA test to sort it out.
