I have a light period this month

I'm on birth control and this months period is light to where it's a light pink, had some brown, and it's not heavy to where it touches the pad. No im not having sex so pregnant isn't a possibility. Ive been working out and lost 20 pounds. I don't know if any of this is the cause but this months period is just making me worry, should I worry?
