I missed a pill then took it(taking 2 in one day)had unprotected sex

On Thursday night I forgot to take my birth control, I took it when i woke up Friday morning and then took my next pill that same day right on time. I've been on birth control for years(2 years and 3 months). I had unprotected sex late friday night..I know it doesn't matter but he pulled out. And I know my boyfriend well..he's never precame. I just wanted to know should I be freaking out?! Or can I stay calm? I take Tri-Sprintec and the instructions said "if you miss a pill take it as soon as you remember and take your next one at the regular time. This might mean you take 2 pills in one day, you do not need a back up form of birth control." it goes on to say "if you miss 2 pills in a row take them as soon as you remember and you WILL need a back up message o birth control." I started taking my white pills yesterday(so I've taken 1 cause it's not time for my second pill yet)and I haven't started my period yet. But at the same time i sometimes start my period a few days into my white pills. I'm cramping like usual and I feel like I'm on my period or like I'm about to get it but it's not here yet. Ah! Do I need to worry?! Help!!

To correct it I posted this earlier in the wrong topic haha and I've taken my birth control since then. I'm cramping like I'm about to get my period and my back hurts like usual. Fml!!!
