I need answers

I got the shot in November . I've been on my period for two months now . Today I have had pain in my back and down by my underwear line. It's really bad. Idk what's going on with me but does anyone have any ideas what could be going on and is it normal with the shot to be on my period this long. This is the first time out of the two months it's hurt really bad
