Thanks for the advice, I had an apt. today to talk about it. I am considering trying it, as it can be removed at any time if I feel there are too many complications. But still haven't made up my mind. The nuva ring is not recommended for me because I am overweight. Or so I hear, but again, I will research this. Thanks for you'r helpful advice.

my Dr won't do the IUD's because of it's severe bleeding issues.
Of course, this is only with certain people. But more people complain about bleeding than not.

I just recently got on the Nuva Ring.
Maybe you could suggest that to him.
You put it in, wait 3 weeks, take it out.
Your period comes, and you re insert a new ring the sun/mon of your period week!

i would only get on an iud if you are in a serious commited where you know that he will not cheat on you at all. if you are nto in one of those relationships i would not get one it. i was going to get on that and my ob toled me that if my b/f cheated on me and got somthign and brought it back too me becuase of the iud it could cause serious problems. i mean serious reacherch it  is what i can tell you too do before descideing anthing thing
