If penis becomes flaccid while condom is on before intercourse, is it still safe?
Hello is this safe to prevent pregnancy? Check out this scenario:

If the penis is erect and then a condom is placed over it, then it is not immediately put in the vagina (condom is still on), and then the penis becomes a little soft. Then it becomes erect again (condom is still on). Then intercourse.

Would this be alright?

I heard that if a penis becomes flaccid after ejaculation and it is in the vagina with the condom on, that is bad because it may slip off inside. But before intercourse if the condom is on and becomes flaccid, is it still safe to use?

The main problem is that when it's flaccid due to ejaculation, there is ejaculate in there that can act as a lubricant and allow the condom to more easily slip off.  You should be fine so long as you used the condom for only one session of intercourse.
