Increase appetite with Ortho Evra

Hello , Just want to find out what can i do to supress my appetite. I started Evra patch on the 28 Jan 2011 and since then i have been hungry all the time and just want to eat everything in sight.Im exhausted and seem to be more tired and lethargic than before the patch. I also have a very low libido and find myself more irritable than normal. Is this all natural and what can i do to supress my appetite and the other sypmtoms?  ADDITIONAL INFO:  Im anemic and have high acid levels in my urine, suffering from constant headaches for over 2 years and im a vegetarian (pescatarian) and dont really take supplements for protein.
