Just started Loestrin 24, having dull ache in legs, but no other blood clot symptoms

I just started birth control, Loestrin 24, for the first time in my life and I'm about half way done with my first pack. For about three days now, my legs ache a little bit. They don't necessarily hurt, but it basically feels like I have a dull aches in my calf and thigh muscles, particularly on my right side, but the left one gets it too. I've been looking up symptoms of blood cots, and I don't have any of the rest of the symptoms: no where is my leg discolored, they don't hurt or feel like a bruise when I push on them, they aren't swollen or warm to the touch and doesn't hurt more when I bend my foot. So I don't know if it's me being paranoid or if this is a true side affect.

I do currently have a bladder infection that started around the same time these aches, and I'm currently on antibiotics. I've also feel nauseous and fatigue, but that didn't start happening still I started taking the meds. I also just started a new job and am very stressed out.

So am I indeed being paranoid or should I call my doctor? Thanks!

also...I do generally feel achey (achy) all over which could be due to the infection. My back and arms have occasional dull pain too.
