Hi there,
Your chances of pregnancy are less if your pregnancy tests are negative. If you are still doubtful that you are pregnant you should take up additional tests to detect whether you are pregnant or not. Blood HCG levels and ultrasound abdomen are the other ways of detecting whether you are pregnant or not. If you are not pregnant other causes of missed periods like ovulation disorders, hormonal imblanaces, polycystic ovarian disease and thyroid disorders should be ruled out. You may need investigations like blood tests for detecting hormone levels, thyroid function tests and pelvic scan. Do write to me again.
Best of luck and regards!

Hi,
You can wait for a few more days and test again. Delayed periods can be due to - anaemia, unexplained or sudden weight gain or weight loss, hypothyroidism, and polycystic disease of the ovary and stress. Hence you should consult your Doctor, if the test comes negative again.
Take care & good luck.
