Mirena IUD Question, Pelvin Pain, missed regular menstrual cycle.

This is my second IUD from after my second child birth, I've had it for about 2 years now. I missed my regular menstrual cycle which I've had normally with this IUD. And I have a mild pelvic pain that comes and goes for almost a week now. Any guesses on whats going on?

Yeah I went and saw my doctor today, they did an x ray and my IUD is diagonal, she says thats normal, seeing my cervix is diagonal. Never heard that before.

Irregular bleeding is to be expected with the IUD. But if you start having pain that gets more severe and increases a lot in a short time then it may have slipped and may need to be checked out by your doctor with an ultrasound to make sure it's still in place.
