Mirena Removal- when will it all go away?

I just got my Mirena removed today after having it for almost 8 months. I've be diagnosed with BV (bacterial vaginosis) and a skin yeast infection (not inside the vagina). I'm sooo happy to have this thing out because I've had all of these problems. I've never had any of these issues before this stupid thing.

My question is, when will the acne go away and when will I start getting a regular period again? Also, how long will it take for the BV and yeast infection to go away?
