Missed Pills

Hi, I am on Loestrin 20 pill and 5 days ago I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. ( and it got me thinking cos you know how they say sperm can live in the vagina for up to 7 days after sex or even longer.)
So 4 days later I forgot one pill and then the next night I was 5 hours late taking the next one, so then I took them both together when I remembered.  
But ive been hearing if you forget 2 pills your supposed to take them when you remember and the take another 2 the next day... but I am unsure if I am considered to have missed 2 pills cos I really only missed 1, as the second one was just a few hours late??  
So today I am puzzled if i should been taking 2 or not.  And then i feelin this twingy feeling below my stomach and was freaking that it was sumhow implantation in the womb starting.   Any ideas about if have one missed pill and the next one a few hours late means 2 missed pills or just 1?

You only take 2 when you miss a day. So you did. So keep taking 1 at the same time everyday, it doesn't matter that you were a couple hours late that one day. You are not pregnant. It is not usual for a woman to feel implantation. Just remember to take it on time.

Yea I gues it dont matter that I was late that second day, I realy only missed one pill so thats ok.  I just got worried cos I got some spotting today so I was like thinking it was implantation bleeding.... and I read that its usualy only considered 2 missed pills if it goes beyond 48hours and you had no pill.   Mine was just 30hours when I add on the 6hours late for the 2nd pill.
