Missed a pill or seven.

Hi ladies.  I'm new, so please be gentle.

I have (unmedicated) depression which has hit pretty hard the last two months.  So much so that I'm forgetting to take my medications - I take Cerazette for birth control and also the beta blocker Propanolol (40mg once a day) for my acephalitic migraine (read: migraine with no headache, just a bizarre fit).  I don't want to be ill.  I don't want to have a fit.  (Sadly, my depression seems to disagree.)  My husband and I are looking to try for a baby in about a year's time.

Anyway, I forgot for just one day at a time, but last week forgot for a whole week.  On Tuesday I thought I'd forgotten, but had taken the Tuesday Pill.  It wasn't until the next evening (when I remembered to take my tablets) that I realised I'd missed a whole week.  My husband and I have been having sex occasionally in the last couple of weeks, and I'm a bit better with my tablets for the moment.

What are the chances of me conceiving with this?

And if I have conceived, when will I know and what are the risks if I am taking a BCP and a beta blocker?

I didn't realise I was pregnant with my son until I was 8w gone because I had no symptoms whatsoever (we were using NCP whilst deciding the best time to start trying would be... just before my due date - the ONLY noticable thing was that my breasts grew half an inch and eating raw onions made me vomit... but I don't eat raw onions normally, nor do I wish to start).
