ORTHO EVRA PATCH SIDE EFFECTS!!

Well i started using ortho evra patch last year and since i started using it, i got alot of itching i would go to the doctor and they would say it might be yeast infections. But i stoped using it and i started again two weeks ago, and now i have alot of vaginal itching and thick discharge. I searched and i found those are side effects of the patch, but when i told my dr that, she said it couldnt be that. Except i dont really trust her anymore she dosent really explain anything i tried to change her, but they didnt do it. Now my question is is the itching and discharge is a side effects is there a way to make it stop, like the itching??????? and why does it give itching and thick discharge????
