PAranoid about pregnancy!

I had sex with a random girl on November 20th.  I have been stressed about it still.  I have questions and would love to hear your opinions.  Here are the facts......I had unprotected fellatio and I performed cunnilingus on her.  We did then end up having sex, and I put a condem on before insertion and (I was drunk), but I recall going to the bathroom and taking off the condem and tying it in a knot to flush it down the toilet.  BTW she said she was on the pill for 15years.  Who knows though....
I went to clinic one week after our incident and had an STD test done.  They said HIV was too early to test for, but I passed my Syph, Ghon, and Chlam test.

Here are my questions?
1.  Did I wait long enough to test for the bacterial infections?
2.  With protected sex, do I need to be concerned about any STD's or HIV in particular?
3.  Can a condemn have a hole in it and me not realize it?  I really think I remember tying it in a knot and flushing it down the toilet.  Can a microscopic hole form or will I tear it if so?

there r many things to be investigated if they hav to finally confirm if ur affected with HIV.if ur infected with HIV then the symptoms may start to occur in a month like flu,headache,fever,tiredness n enlarged lymph node in neck n groins.as per the bacterial infections most of them can be diagnosed in 3 to 28 days as the show their impact in the given time.its called the incubation period.so u hav make a VDRL test,PCR test n blood smear bacterial test again.the condom is used to protect u from HIV n STDs but its only of 95% safe as it depends on the quality of the condom u used.is it water based latex condom like durex or any oil based or animal skin condom.a condom may be torn during the sexual intercourse but as u r drunk u may not notice it.most of the HIV cases are infected only by a poor quality or technique or unprotected sex with or with out a condom.dont flush the condom into the toilet as it is not a very safe practice to protect the environment.discard it with no hesitation into the trash.
