Period stopped after taking Tri-Cyclen Lo for 3 days

I just started on Tri-Cyclen Lo. Started first day of my period and my period usually lasts the full 7 days, but now, after just three days, it stops completely? Any connection to the pills? And if there is should I stop taking them?

It's the hormones. The pill. Personally I start a new pack on Fridays which was the last day of my period before I was on the pill. I see no reason to stop the pill because your period ended early. If you are really concerned talk to your doctor.
