Plan B or Implantation

Hello, I have a concern, I had unprotected sex, 2-3 days after my period, I took the morning after 1-2 hours after, 6-7 days later I bled for four days which felt like a real period however short only lasting 4 days instead of 6, about 11-12 days after that occurred I bled for 2 days which was light and brownish and spotting, 2-3 days before my actual period should start, I took a pregnancy test, on the second day of the early bleeding, and it showed a very quick negative, now I am having side aches, usually I get sharp pain like this when I have not drank much water, I am scared is this implantation bleeding? I do not have medical insurance nor a job, I do not know what to do, please help me, also I have been having back pain ever since.

It looks like breakthrough bleeding due to hormonal imbalance caused by taking the post coital pills and the chances of pregnancy are less. However you can test for pregnancy by a highly sensitive pregnancy test 10 days post ovulation with a sensitive ( 20 - 25 mIU ) pregnancy test. Also then I would suggest you to get your serum HCG levels estimated since this is more specific than urine for pregnancy tests.
