Pregnant with the mirena?!?!?!?!

i am concerned that I may be pregnant, I am on the mirena and it has been about 3 yrs since i first got it in. About a  year after i got it I stopped having my menstrual cycle all together, I hear that was very normal, but the last few weeks I've been really nauseas and dizzy and just not feeling right. I was on an anti botic for bronchitis that i stopped taking bc i thought maybe that was what it was becasue i have never taken that medication  before. But these symptoms havnt stopped. So Im not sure what to do now.

I had the Mirena for 4 years.  I got pregnant on it, and ended up having a miscarriage a few weeks ago.  The doctor would not tell me that this is what was happening.  After the miscarriage was complete and my Mirena was coming out of place, I went to another doctor, who told me that I was probably correct in assuming that I had miscarried.  She said that the Mirena doesn't stop you from ovulating, and that you can still get pregnant. She said that if pregnancy does occur that the Mirena will cause an early abortion, usually this happens before the woman is even aware of it.  She said that in my case, and it sounds like yours too, that the egg was implanted but the uterine wall was not thick enough to sustain it. So that is why you get pregnancy symptoms on the Mirena.  I didn't know that the Mirena causes early abortion, so I had mine taken out and will not get another one.
