Questions about Triphasal

Hi. I was wondering if I happened to accidentally get pregnant while on Triphasal would it cause birth defects? Also, how long should I wait to ttc after stopping Triphasal?

Hi!
IF you were my patient, I would advise you that there have not been any reported cases of birth defects caused by oral contraceptive pills.  And there have been lots of babys conceived while women were taking them!
We usually say to wait 3 months or so, but that is more to let your cycle resume its normal rhythm.
Good luck!
