Severe issues- is it connected with Cerrazette?

I am a young, bubbly woman with a fantastic family, a long term boyfriend who I live with who is fantastic and loads of freinds. I have a good job and lots of opportunity so I don't know why I am feeling so depressed and verging on psycotic!

I often have what I call 'epoisodes'. They usually come from an argument with my bf which often starts over sex (me wanting it and him not) and I just go mental. Irrational, nasty crazy and have panic attacks. It even pushes me to self harm. The only thing I can put this down to is the pill I'm on, Cerrazette. I have read things saying it can cause 'mood chanages' and 'mood swings' but mine seem to be more extreme than that. I don't have a doctor at the moment as I moved recently and I have booked an appointment at the family planning clinic to discuss this but does anyone have any advice or has anyone else experienced anything like this before?

Oh I should have mentioned I can't take combined pills as I suffer from 'focal' migranes which prevents me taking combined pills. I was thinking about the implant but that seems to be the same drug so will it just have the same effect?/ Please help :(
