Strange period cycle

My question is about late/missed period. My last period was 24th of july and ended 5 days later, on the 19th day of my cycle i had some fresh red/orangey bleeding, mostly when i wiped not enough to fill a tampon or towel which lasted a day. A few days before this bleed i had a peachy coloured discharge. I have been having regular 30 day cycles and was due a period the 23rd of august and on the day i was due i had a brief light pink discharge with a tiny red blood clot, which i usually get right before the blood flow of my period but nothing followed so im now currently 3 days late. Ive never had early bleeding before nor have i had a show of a period without my period following. Im not stressed not on birth control. Today i had dull soreness in my lower right abdomen even to the touch. Past few days ive had achey muscles and a runny nose and lots of heart burn. Could the 19th day cycle bleeding be due to ovulation if so why no period?. Implantation? Or just normal?

Thanks!
I took 2 pg tests on the 29th and again on the 30th both neg. I calculated my ovulation which should have been round about when i had light bleeding on the 19th day of my cycle. My period still not arrived as yet and no pms or cm to indicate its going to start. My DR app is a week away now after having to cancel my DR app today, going to get them to do bloods and im going to tell my DR  that i want to get checked for ovulation cysts, pcod and also mention endometriosis, get a smear test and get bc to hopefully get back reqular cycles in the mean time.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
It is not possible to confirm anything without a complete clinical examination and investigations. There is a probability that what you experienced on 19th day could have been implantation bleeding or bleeding due to ovulation. The first possibility in case of missed periods is pregnancy. Since you are already 3 days late take up urine pregnancy test. If the urine test results are negative other possibilities of missed periods like ovulation disorders, hormonal imbalances are possible. Severe lower abdominal pain on the right side could be due to urinary tract infection, kidney stones, ovarian cysts, acute appendicitis etc.Consult a doctor. A clinical examination, urine pregnancy test and ultrasound abdomen may be needed. I hope it helps.
Take care and regards!
