Used ECP but still 10 days delay til now *H E L P

hey guys.. my girlfriend's first day of menstration this month was nov 8 she's 19 and I'm 20yrs old. and we had sex on the 15th no condom but I withdrew it. then we had sex on 18 and 19. On the 19th we had sex twice both  with protection but in the second time I penetrated her first for like 3 times before inserting the condom (how stupid of me) I did pee twice before having sex the 2nd time around that day. I immediately removed it and used condoms. I was really unsure of it so we agreed to use ECP (emergency contraceptive pills - Nordette) on 21 in the morning, 4 pills in the morning 12 hours later another 4 pills.. its now november 30, 10 days after taking nordette but still no menstration. this is her 4th time of taking ECP within this year and the past she always have her menstration 7 days after taking nordette. I love my girlfriend so much.. we are still in college and I dont wanna ruin her life by getting her pregnant. do you think she's pregnant? what should I do? have ever had this scenario? Im losing my mind. I did my best to be responsible.. Im still hoping she gets her mens in he following days. Thank you in advance to those who will give comments or advice.

Hello,
It looks like hormonal imbalance caused by taking the birth control pills. Howevere it is important to rule out the status of pregnancy as well and to confirm the status of pregnancy, I suggest your girlfriend to test for pregnancy by a highly sensitive pregnancy test 10 days post ovulation with a sensitive ( 20 - 25 mIU ) pregnancy test. Also then I would suggest her to get her serum HCG levels estimated since this is more specific than urine for pregnancy tests.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
