I cannot have hormonal BC. They make me terribly ill. I am also allergic to latex. So our sex life has taken a hit. I found these Vaginal Contraceptive Films. Wanted to reach out to others to read what you have to say about them. Thanks.

sorry havent heard about them before but would be very glad if u did find anythin out about them to post it on here as im in the same situation and was about to start natural contraception using persona which tests ur urine and tells u when to avoid sex but was going to back it up with temp readings and cm checks

I tried it last night. The paper is sticky and dissolves quickly but that is a good thing. Hubby could not tell it was there. You do have to wait fifteen min before it takes full affect. No burning or discomfort afterwards either.

Try the sponge it's awesome no hormones and affordable
