am i pregnant or are they symptoms?

i have an iud for 10 months sometimes ifeel pregnant i get nausea and feel tired i still get my periods lately i have been getting these symtoms more often now with some movement in my stomach this has been about a week now. i took a preg test its neg. i want to know if this is normal to feel like this for 3 weeks. i have had these symptoms before for about 3 months but now i feel the movement can any one relate to me?
