been to 5 doctors none know what the problem is

HI, i took the depo shot in may 2011. i was told by my ob/gyn that i would have abnormal bleeding my first shot. i bleed very heavy the first three months after my first shot. i went back to ob/gyn and told them i was bleeding through a super tampon in under an hour. she told me she was going to give me the second shot and that it was supposed to stop the bleeding. once again i was bleeding another three month through a super in under an hour. when i went back to her she told me that she was going to take me off the shot so she did. it is the end of aug. 2012 and im still bleeding. but its gotten worse everytime i stand up, i get this weird pressure on my head and i black out for like 10 second and im fine until i stand up again. im passing major blood clots, and when i take other birth control i stop bleeding and my period is normal while im on the pill but when i quit taking it i start bleeding again. the blood clots happen everyday and im still bleeding through a super in under an hour. i have lost some weight, i still eat right every day. i weighed 140 when i started the shot in may 2011 and i weigh 115 in aug. 2012. do you know what i can do to stop this and will this cause me not to have kids. oh yeah i had a basic exams and have been to the e.r. because the blood clots were so bad and they found nothing wrong and my blood is not low at all. its actually pretty high the doctor told me. and my sex drive, well i had one before the birth contol and now in mind i want to have sex but my body is saying no.

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would be inclined to put you on oral contraceptives at least for awhile to regulate your cycles.  Sometimes we use more than one pill per day in the beginning to get the bleeding under control.  Once you had had a normal cycle for 3-4 months, I would have the discussion about birth control with you again.
It is interesting that you have lost weight, as most women who use Depo gain.  If you were my patient, I would also do a complete exam, pregnancy test, pap smear (if  you haven't had one recently) and I would request the results of the blood work from the ER visit.  I would probably also consider an ultrasound.
The good news is that your fertility is probably OK.  Usually the birth control has no permanent effects.  The side effects of the Depo can last for up to 18 months though, so you might continue to have problems for awhile.
Good luck!

my OBGYN has done the birth control to regulate my period. it didnt work. when i went to the e.r., they gave me a white pill and it helped for two weeks and the bleeding started again. i also called my OBGYN and i told them i came to you for help and she said she has done an exam and a pap smear and they were all normal. it has relieved me to know that i still have a chance of having kids. do you think all the symptoms are related? my doctor told me that it may not even be from the depo because of the weight loss and the blacking out when i stand up. Also i got these weird lights kinda like a strobe light when i looked right or left. the light hitting my eyes today was very sensitive and hurt. also weird ringing in my ears today, but only one ear at a time.
