birth control.

I just had my daughter 12 days ago and I'm thinking about all the birth controls there are out there. Does anyone have any recommendations?

You can get an iud that last up to 5 years at your 6 weeks appointment my friend did I dnt think it's 3 months I'm getting that too soon as I go for my check up I' told my doctor that's what I want they have the one for women breastfeeding and for women who are not

No im not breastfeeding...she was stubborn and wouldn't latch then I dried up. And I want one that last awhile too. Im 19 and dont want another anytime soon lol.

Are you breastfeeding? if you are your options are more limited. I'm going to get the IUD but you have to be three months postpartum to get it. The one I want to get lasts five years:)
