You should not take birth control pills for any reason, if you are pregnant.

Its unfortunate that you are pregnant so young, but what's done is done, and its time to do the really adult thing and tell your mother or other trusted family member about the pregnancy.

No more time to be a child   You'll need to see an obstetrician, and get some advice about the migraines as soon as you can.   And to get started on your important prenatal care.

Good luck,

The hormones rising in early pregnancy cause headaches, so thats probably why your migraines are getting worse, if you told your doctor he would be able to treat you accordingly ..No you should not take any birthcontrol while pregnant, it can possibly cause birth defects.  And if you are going to have this baby your mom is bound to find out eventually...if you were adult enough to plan a pregnancy be adult enough to tell your mom. I don't mean to sound harsh but thats just the reality of the situation.

Did you tell your doc that you are a pregnant now?Pregnant women should not take OCP for migraine though it is caused by hormones.Symptoms such as auras and headache worsen if you continue to take OCP during pregnancy. As your age is very young to bear a child its better you could talk to a gynecologist about having a baby at this time(a very young age),with migraine. Its better you may take Imitrex injection or nasal spray as it seems to be very safe in classical migraine. If you have a habit of taking red wine, chocolate, coffee, cheese with your daily food, please stop taking them as it may worsen the migraine.Your case seems to be a bit complicated and you must talk to your personal doc immediately about this as you area pregnant now.
