can the morning after pill make you miscarry?

So I had sex with my boyfriend the first day after my period. 29/03/13 he finished inside. I didnt do anything about thinking that the chances are really low. On the 03/04/13 we did it again and this time he didnt pull out in time. I took a morning after pill within 12 hours this time as I was in my fertile days. Yesterday 9/04/13 I started bleeding. It's a little brown not alot of blood but alot of bloody clumps. I am worried that I my egg is implanted.  But it could also be one of the side effect of the pill.

I have been to my doctor and she said that it could be a side effect of the pill. But the type of bleeding I was having is normally a sign of miscarriage. Most likely from the first time we had unprotected sex. And I have to take a pregnancy test once my period is due. My due is late now but I was told not to worry this can also happen cause of the pill.

I think that's a side affect too; pharmacists say women are supposed to get bleeding within the first wek of taking the morning after pill.

Tell me out it turns out though, I'm still unsure myself.

I think its just a side effect from the pill. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
