Yes you could be pregnant. Most birth control meds are between 96-99% effective- but only when used correctly. And it doesn't sound like you were taking it correctly.

For now use a back up form of birth control- because if you aren't pregnant now any more sex might make you pregnant. You can use a home pregnancy test in about 2-3 weeks.

Keep in mind that whenever you mess with hormones it could cause some negative effects. So any cramping, bloating, nausea, headaches, irregular bowels, fatigue, soreness in your breasts, or odd period could be caused by how you were taking the pill. Although it could also be caused by pregnancy- so just in case, if you do, try to not to drink, smoke, take drugs that could cause problems, or have tons of caffeine (preferably at all times) but at least until you know what's going on with your body.

Hi - I would wait about 2 weeks and take a test.  I would also use a backup form of contraception for the rest of the month.  Good luck!

And if you're not pregnant, you need to start taking your pills properly!!!  Same time everyday!!!!!  Even 4 hours off your regular pill taking time, they recommend using backup method until your next round of pills.  Good luck!
