Hi, my question has nothing to do the previous one and maybe there was another way to contact you or post a new  theme  somehow but since I'm new at the website I'll write my question here, sorry for the eventual inconvenience. By the way what about the laser technique? it used to be functional but according to the last ultrasound it has turned complex but not too much yet, I think, don't know the global opinion upon all the exames seen together. Thank you for your attention and sorry for repeating .

Hi doctor Stone, I'd like to know if it is possible to remove a almost 4 inches ovarian cyst while preserving the ovary and how? laparoscopy? the cyst used to be functional but according to the last ultrasound it has become complex (but not too much I think).

Hi Theresa,
You should definitely see a fertility specialist to make sure you are ovulating and have no other issues preventing pregnancy.  Also, make sure to bring your partner because male factor infertility may also be an issue.
