Do you have family health clinics where you live? I would start there or a family doctor if you have one. There are various methods of contraception that you can use that do not include the use of condoms ie: birth control pills, sponges etc. but most do require a physician's Rx. I am sure you can get help in this matter pretty simply. Good luck. slc
