girl takes birth control 22 hours later

if a girl takes the plan b pill 22 hours later what chances are there that she don't get pregnant?

Yes, but nothing is perfect.  And if she has done this repetitively,  the odds of effectiveness go down.  The above statement is for a single episode.   It is not meant for frequent use, or as a substitute for regular birth control.

If she misses her period, have her take a test.

Plan B reduces the average risk of pregnancy among users from about 8 percent to about 1 percent. In other words, when used correctly, it reduces the risk of pregnancy by 89 percent after a single act of unprotected sex.  Effectiveness declines as the interval between intercourse and the start of treatment increases.
