is this from the Ovcon 50 (28) or something else??

As of April 13th, my doctor put me on Ovcon 50 (28). Im totally new to this pill..I actually was coming off of Nortrel (35 I think) and my doctor told me to use the new pill (ovcon) the day after i finish my old pack (nortrel). I had sex on Easter and about a week or two ago, I had brown discharge like I get before my period, which lasted about a day and a half (I did use a pad but it wasn't heavy) and I had very minimal cramping. Im on my green pill in the pack now (week 4) and i still havent gotten my period. I have PCOS and I know my period just decides to go "HAIII! IM HERE!" whenever it feels like it..thats why I don't keep track. with my other pill, I'd get it in the middle of the month and then after that I'd get about a week or two break and then it would start again at the end of the month. We'll be 3 weeks into the month on Sunday and Im just wondering if this is from the pill because Its a higher dosage than my last pill. Like I said, I had sex on Easter and then I had it again last Friday..both times we used condoms (as always) but im super paranoid..I've been eating alot (I gained some weight) and my breasts (which are naturally large) look a bit bigger (my boyfriend says they look normal) and are a bit squisher...but i think its just my eyes playing tricks on me..hopefully they are and its just my paranoia. I'm also on other medications due to my arthritis and lupus but I've stopped taking them (the thought about taking those pills just make me gag now a days)
so if theres anyone thats familiar with this pill, please respond to me asap. at least to put my mind at ease.
