missed period please help

In december i had unprotected sex used "pull out method" i was not on birth control. about 15 days ago i had sex again and started spotting shortly after so i assumed it was my period so i went and refilled my birth control and started taking it. I still have not had a regular period since December,  it was only little spotting and cramping. it only lasted about 2 days ( January 13th or so I usually start on the 26th of each month) . We are now in Feb and have yet to get a regular period. My other issue, 5 days after having started the pill i had sex again and did not pull out. Is the birth control pill affective that soon??  Should I be worried about being PG? Please help. any input is appreciated.

the birth control pills take a month to get into your system so you could still get preg within that first month of taking them. also the pull out method is not all that effective and without pulling out you have a higher chance of maybe becoming preg.
