nuva ring

hello I have PCOS and im tring to concieve (conceive) the PCOS isnt serious but i was on the nuva ring for about 8-9 months and i stopped it about 3 weeks ago around 11/9/09 and started my period on 11/16 i need to know some ways to concieve (conceive) easier in my position. My hubby and I want a baby this will be our fiest Im a young wife and wanting to be a mommy please help! thaks so much
