Hi,

I was wondering if having a period while on the pill equates to a verification that one is not pregnant. For instance, can someone be pregnant on the pill and still have a period that month?

No it is not exact verification, a person can become pregnant on the pill as it works for 97% of women, I would take a test if you think there is a chance of pregnancy, the period will probably be the normal withdrawal/breakdown bleed associated with the pill.
