period a week late, on the pill and condom spotting one day

I got my period may 27th and it was regular, Im on the pill and we use condoms and he pulls out with the condom on and does his business inside the condom. my period isn't on the same day every month but I figured it was suppose to come on the 27th of july, nothing.. I had brown spotting the morning of the 29th, and nothing since then, Ive had severe period cramps and bloating, and some vaginal discharged. Ive taking two pregnancy tests and they are both negative, its now july 4th and techinally my period is a week late.. or was the spotting on the 29th my period for that month? i have a thyroid issue and have only been on synthroid for a month now, so i don't know if the combo of meds causing my period to be late, or what. b/c there is no possible way I could be pregantt, with using the pill, condom w/ spermicidal lubricant that kills sperm, and he pulls out way before he even does his business and then does his business with the condom on, so no kind of sperm gets near me at all. i need help please. asap
