Hello. Im taking yasmin pills for like 6 months now. My doctor prescribed me dolo neurobin and iterax. Will these two drugs decrease effect of yasmin? Thanks

Hi there,
Dolo neurobin contains vitamin B and Paracetamol while Itarex is an anti allergic. Certain drugs when taken along with OC pills can decrease the effectiveness of pills.Antibiotics, antiepileptics and few other drugs can reduce their efficacy.Dolo neurobin and Itarex do not affect the efficacy of Yasmin pill but it is always best to seek the opinion of a doctor before taking these drugs. I do hope it helps.
