pregnacy like symptoms with IUD (paraguard)

i had a stillbirth in july 21 09, had been bleeding 3-4 weeks so i counted that as my august period and on sept 17 i got the iud in only spotted never nad my period unless that was it. anyway i just now got my period the way i should have it in Oct 26 09, Now i have been having pregnant like symptom well i have been having them but since i got my period i just totally ignored it, i was just happy i got my period, well i feel like my stomach is upset all the time, some smells bother me some, i lost my appetite, lazy and i get so tired lately. I guess my question is could it be possible to be pregnant and have a period with paraguard? Or is it normal to feel that way with the paraguard?.
